Watch out when you play GvG
No flame or complaining. Just a warning for people to be prepared:
When you play GvG be warned about a build that rushes your Guild Lord. I'll not explain what they do, everyone can watch that for themselves on youtube.
There are several movies on youtube allready:

I expect that Izzy will change something very soon.

what i dont get is how they kill so fast, i thought that amulet of protection reduces damage or do pets somehow bypass this damage?

The Amulet of Protection doesn't prevent damage, rather it heals back excess damage every second. These guys are trying to score a kill inbetween that 1-second timeframe.
The video doesn't really show much of anything clearly. The basic idea is to spam melee-punishers on the guild lord (SV, SS, Empathy), then bunch up everyone + pets around and watch him suicide on cyclone axe. Theres some damage from frenzy, barbs, etc. but its mostly the lord killing himself.
Best defense is to kill all pets/minions asap, unload any AoE you might have, spam veil, SoA, hex removers on the lord.

Cyclone Axe makes the Guild Lord commit suicide under all the on-attack hexes through hitting alot of people. It's pretty huge.

They spam eighty billion hexes on the guild lord and let him blow himself up by using cyclone axe on the pets. Old news.

Played against is afew times today.
Body block your guild lord as best you can, pets fail to get passed, doesn't always work, but it's the only tactic we use against it.

Seems like a build that would only really work against people that don't know about it.

This has happened before. On the first ladder my team made it to top 16 using 7x Warriors and 1x Grenth's Balance / Curses Necro. I'm surprised they were stupid enough to let it happen again.

Pretty much when I read the update notes for last week I thought asap, SV and any other high damage hexes will rape the Lord like in the old days, not only that now the hexes last full duration on the Lord. It's even easier now to do this stuff with no doors or guild theifs too speeds up the time . Too bad I don't play this fail game anymore, maybe I will now to grief.
Zerg Rush, Hi Izzy you fail.

Or you can fix the mechanic by making it prevent damage instead of healing and don't try to come up with work arounds and lame fixes.
